PROVINCIAL BURSAR

The Provincial Bursar oversees the temporal goods of the Religious congregation in the Thailand Province — distinct from the financial administration of the Foundation.

Bro. Manit Sakonthawat — serving as ex officio member of the Provincial Council.

ROLE OF THE PROVINCIAL BURSAR

Under Canon Law and the Constitutions of the Congregation, the Provincial Bursar:

• Administers the goods belonging to the Province as a Religious institute (distinct from school assets held by the Foundation);
• Prepares the Province's budget and accounts for review by the Provincial Council;
• Acts under the Provincial Superior in matters of significant expenditure or alienation;
• Coordinates with local Bursars in each community and formation house.

The Religious congregation and the Foundation each hold distinct temporal goods, with distinct stewards, under distinct legal frameworks — in faithful keeping of both canon law and Thai civil law.
