NOK MAGAZINE

For many decades, NOK Magazine has carried the voice of the houses of the Brothers of Saint Gabriel in Thailand — sharing news of the communities, accounts of apostolic life, and the slow, faithful work of the Brothers across the Province.

NOK

Magazine of the Brothers of Saint Gabriel
"Letters from the houses, gathered into one page — that no Brother may be a stranger to the life of another."

From the Province's earliest decades, NOK has been the small but steady thread by which the houses of the Brothers in Thailand have spoken to one another. Each issue gathers brief accounts from the communities — what was celebrated, who came and went, what apostolic works were undertaken, and the quiet faithfulness of daily life under the same Rule.

The magazine takes its name as a sign of voice and flight: short, alive, and carrying word from one place to another. It is published by and for the Brothers, and shared with friends of the Province in the spirit of family.

News from the Houses
From the Provincial House
A column of news from the central house, in the voice of the Provincial Council, will appear here in each issue — appointments, retreats, visitations.
From the Schools' Communities
Each major community attached to a school will, in turn, share an update of community life and apostolic milestones — in the warm and concrete tone proper to NOK.
From the Formation Houses
News of the Aspirants, Postulants, Novices, and Scholastics — profession dates, formation events, and the steady growth of vocations within the Province.
In Memoriam
Brothers who have entered eternal rest are remembered here briefly, with a fuller notice on the In Memoriam page.
Archive

The historical archive of past NOK issues — preserved across many decades by the Brothers — is being prepared for digital publication. It will appear here, year by year, as the work proceeds.

NOK Magazine is the long-standing publication of the Brothers of Saint Gabriel, Thailand Province. The current edition continues this voice in a form accessible to the wider Church — while honouring the vintage style that has marked the magazine since its founding.
